Any car mechanic will say your vehicle needs an oil change and checkup every 3 months. Computers aren't quite as messy, but regular maintenance can certainly help reduce problems. Hiring Shawn to update some software, run disk utilities, and perform a little desktop house cleaning can go a long way to avoid random crashes, lost files, and other frustrations. However, when those major problems do occur, Shawn can be there to help you out.
