I loved the fact that I entered this one into the black-and-white "Sports/Action" category. If you've read about any of my low-light ballet photography, you'll remember that traditional sports photographers have it easy.

I got a first place for this shot. I chose the Adagio Performance to go in the color "Sports/Action" class. Since I was only allowed to enter one photo per class, I moved this one to black-and-white.
